Formation to Funding™ presented by the National Minority Angel Network is the premier education and networking forum in the entrepreneurial ecosystem which connects angel investors, venture capitalists, corporate executives, senior executives of early stage and emerging growth companies, technology, professional, university researchers, incubators, accelerators and premier service providers.
This month's interactive workshop will examine the best practices in the due diligence process. This half day session takes the angel investor and entrepreneur through the key issues that will determine major risk factors and deal breakers. The workshop will emphasize what must be confirmed, the cost of confirming, and the risk of not knowing. Workshop attendees learn what it takes to validate the plan and to define and mitigate the risk of investment. They will be presented with a disciplined approach that ultimately educates the entrepreneur and begins the investor relationship. |
