Richard Levychin, CPA will be a panelist at the Public Company Summit: What It Takes To Go Public and Best Practices For Public Companies, which will be presented on November 12th at the amphitheater of the law firm Herrick, Feinstein LLP.

Richard's session will focus on getting your company “fit” for going public including getting your books ready for a PCAOB audit. In this session, Richard will discuss creating outsourced and in sourced finance and accounting solutions and platforms for addressing public company quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements, researching complex accounting positions, and CFO support services.

The summit will cover a range of issues that impact small to mid-sized public companies including, but not limited to, best corporate governance practices, PIPE financing, building liquidity, and communications that you are allowed to provide while offering stock.
