Corey Kupfer believes that the secret to achieving your negotiating objectives is authenticity – which involves doing the deep inner work to discover your truth and staying connected to it – not the conventional negotiating tactics and counter-tactics many have been taught – some of which are manipulative and some of which are okay but are not at the core of true negotiating success. In Authentic Negotiating, Corey explains the three keys to true, authentic negotiating success:

Clarity: Authentic negotiators know what will and won’t work for them on every significant term and what their true bottom line is – from a place of clarity, not ego.

Detachment: Authentic negotiators can walk away from a negotiation with no hesitation – not from a place of anger or upset, but from a place of detachment with no judgment or hard feelings.

Equilibrium: Authentic negotiators don’t let emotions dictate their actions, instead they maintain equilibrium during the heat of tough negotiation to stay present and preserve their clarity and detachment.

We invite you to join us for this fresh and innovate approach to negotiation, which will be followed by a book signing for Corey's new book Authentic Negotiating.  Authentic Negotiating has successfully reached bestseller status on Amazon in the following categories:

#1 New Release in Business Negotiating
#1 New Release in Systems & Planning
#7 in Strategic Planning
#10 in Systems & Planning

Corey's ability to combine practical, experience-based negotiating wisdom, with a deep understanding of the internal work required for authentic success, makes Authentic Negotiating a must-read book.

In this session, our professionals will present specific BPO systems focused on:

  • Finance and accounting, including outsourced bookkeeping, controller level and CFO platforms which generate monthly financial reporting, identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs), track profitability on a per project basis, and mitigate and administer taxes
  • Human resources, including personnel management, payroll and payroll tax compliance, health insurance management, ACA compliance, and 401 (k) and retirement plan administration
  • How technology and artificial intelligence are working their way into the sales process with techniques that may shock you. Discover how big companies are expanding their sales force without hiring any new salespeople

Please join our panel as we explore how integrating these outsourced solutions into your business can help you reduce costs, increase profitability, and help your business grow.
